Job Title : Warehouse Specialist – Hybrid Remote

Qualifications:

• Picking orders, packing, recording serial numbers, utilizing shipping systems, filling out waybills, and ship confirming.
• Accurately manage records in an ERP system, such as inventory items and reports, troubleshoot problems, and provide assistance to other users.
• Execute all essential duties in line with standard operating procedures to guarantee that objectives are reached relative to inventory, delivery, and quality, accomplishing all targets to satisfy client expectations.
• Loading and unloading vehicles, receiving raw materials and goods, and selecting, packaging, wrapping, labeling, and/or shipping items are all part of the job description.
• Coordinates the correct and timely reception of material coming into the building(s) by suppliers or other warehouses. Documents non-conformances meticulously and accurately upon arrival or discovery of damaged items.
• Serves as a backup to Warehouse leadership, managing and conveying regular chores to Warehouse technicians, filing requisitions for typical warehouse products, and arranging national/international shipments to clients and other Taconic facilities.
• Warehouse maintenance includes emptying trash cans, keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy, and keeping warehouse supplies supplied. Assembling material kits for manufacturing work orders is also part of the job.
• This service helps food and other supplies to be properly stocked by assisting managers, purchasing personnel, suppliers and other departments/agencies with the receipt of the items to be distributed as well as examining the items before they are stored, retrieved and staged for delivery.
• Responsibilities include arranging routine maintenance of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other vehicles, as well as escalating safety problems as they arise, in order to ensure that the warehouse continues to be a safe place for employees to do their jobs.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment by ensuring that shelves, the pallet area, and workstations are kept tidy; keeping the shipping supply area clean; and adhering to established policies, protocols, and laws.

• Capability to operate in a multitasking, team-oriented, and fast-paced workplace. Capability to deal with private and sensitive information and documents, Required to possess a valid driver’s license
