Qualifications:

• Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with key stakeholders to disseminate best practices and actively contribute original and novel solutions.
• Incorporate overall branding and creativity into the campaign solutions you build and implement to ensure that the campaign’s execution lives up to the client’s expectations.
• Make the essential marketing documentation and get it ready to help Product Delivery with state filing requests for advertising.
• Accomplish or exceed sales goals for all business types (traditional, new, and digital) and company-wide initiatives, and plan for success.
• Find companies who are expanding, relocating, or hiring to expand your client base and achieve your goals.
• Acquire an awareness of the client’s business goals and advertising tactics, and then figure out how to help them accomplish those goals through advertising.
• Direct mail, websites, print advertisements, short messaging service (SMS) messages, digital/social assets, and more are all reviewed as part of the marketing mix.
• Always be on the lookout for ways to enhance our processes and provide input to further enhance operational efficiencies.
• Provide advice on a range of strategic projects to ensure that an association/affinity perspective is brought to all discussions.
• Assist in establishing a cooperative relationship between our compliance and legal, underwriting, and account management teams in order to proactively strengthen materials and guarantee that rules are followed.

Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Word and Excel proficiency is required.
• a someone who, on their own initiative, makes an attempt to identify needs and develop viable solutions and suggestions. independence and the capacity to get things done with minimal oversight.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent project management abilities, including the capacity to oversee several projects at once and under pressure.
• 3+ years’ experience in marketing or compliance within the financial services industry, preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant work experience in marketing, compliance, or a related field are expected.
