Qualifications:

• Editing and making videos specifically for sharing on social media.
• Edit select content in coordination with Product Management, the Marketing Department to produce high-quality digital media that educates our audiences.
• Additionally, the Editor will help with media management activities such tape logging/capturing, data backup, video compression, duplicating, and associated operations as well as the post-production of daily 1-hour presentation recordings.
• Graphic design, photography, videography, and field production are all areas that may use occasional assistance.
• Video color correction and grading using a vectorscope, an RGB parade, and a waveform monitor.
• Conceptually contribute to the development of a full video content strategy.
• Edit video, graphics, music, interactives, and other multimedia assets for high-quality, high-value content with proficiency and speed.
• Engages with development team and design team to create engagement pieces; provides feedback to ensure that requirements are met in asset development.
• The projects cover a wide range of genres and formats, such as corporate videos, promotional films, advertisements for digital channels, video case studies, and documentaries with an in-depth focus on one particular person or group.
• Projects may include support for virtual and streaming, and corporate communications.

Skills:

• Superior talents in giving presentations, communicating in writing and verbally, and solving problems; very motivated.
• proficiency in Adobe applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier, InDesign, and/or Avid is a plus.
• Experience with editing with Adobe Creative Cloud media production tools – especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop
• Training in Graphic Design, Graphic Illustration, and/or Visual Communication is beneficial but not required.
• The minimum educational need is a bachelor’s degree in a field such as mass media, video production, or communication.
