Qualifications:

  • Carry out the necessary documentation and collect the required deposits to set up new water connections. The administration and production of monthly bills is taken care of. Collections are made by using the Water Crane.
  • Implement safe and efficient procedures for operating a floor scrubber, trash compactor, and cardboard baler that adhere to established safety standards.
  • Regular housekeeping activities such as sweeping and mopping the floors, aiding with fast spill clean-ups, and completing other jobs that need specific equipment.
  • Assembles product displays and ensures that they maintain an appealing product presentation by arranging merchandise in allowed area, removing cardboard from shelves when product is bought, and depositing cardboard into a bailer.
  • must comply to corporate safety regulations in order to maintain a clean workplace or retail environment. Ensures that all company policies and procedures are strictly followed.
  • responsible for collecting and storing the shopping carts at the store. Maintains a tidy parking lot and informs with management about any incidents, actions, or concerns that occur on the store’s premises.
  • Supply and load printer paper and ribbons; publish notices and bulletins; complete and distribute reports; and do other clerical chores as requested.
  • Customer service activities, such as answering queries and making product recommendations, are handled by this position.
  • Making regular equipment inspections and alerting department or store management when anything needs to be serviced can help you avoid costly mistakes in the future.

Skills:

  • A high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) is required for all candidates, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Mathematical operations using decimals as well as whole numbers. Analyzing ratios and percentages. Working with money and keeping track of it in a bank account.
  • Juggling phone calls and clients at the same time is not an issue for this person. Data entry errors can’t be tolerated if you’re not meticulous. It’s essential that you know how to use a calculator and the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word. Must have a strong focus on providing excellent service to the public and a strong desire to do so.
  • Reading and understanding technical instructions, communications, and memoranda. Writing basic correspondence Ability to successfully communicate information to consumers, clients, and other employees one-on-one or in small groups.
  • must be able to interact successfully with the general public and their colleagues to be successful. Reading and analyzing information, as well as often reporting on the status of a project, are necessary abilities for this role.
