Job Description

Security guards are responsible for patrolling the property and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points. Security guards also monitor access to the buildings and the company premises, as well as monitor the surveillance equipment and respond to any alarms or calls for service. As a security guard, you may communicate directly with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel, and you may, in some cases, be called to testify in court and/or interview witnesses. Another important responsibility is to maintain daily records, documenting the activities, including disturbances, that occurred that day. As a security guard you will play an important role in supporting the company as a whole.

Qualifications:

• A high level of professionalism is expected from the applicant.
• At least 18 years old.
• Responding to alarms and calls of security concern.
• current and valid driving license plus a safe driving record.
• Basic first aid skills would be advantageous.
• The job seeker must be interactive and confident.
• Your remuneration will be determined by the amount of years you have worked in this position.
• The employed person must get a driving license.
• Using provided communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner.
• In the face of hardship, the applicant must be resourceful, critical-thinking, and capable of generating solutions.
