Job Description

The Multimedia Designer will report directly to the Senior Director housed in the Bureau of Planning, Program Integration, and Evaluation, but will work out of the Office of Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Engagement. Always act in a professional manner, keeping a good disposition and being open to constructive criticism. In this role, you’ll be using Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat), Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint to complete a wide range of graphic/digital user experience designs. Web graphics, system graphics, digital and online publications, annual reports, print brochures, postcards, flyers, signs, and interactive advertisements are all examples of common undertakings. Capability to produce designs that are both visually striking and effective in conveying their intended message with a firm grasp of typography and design principles.

Qualifications:

• Create branding elements like logos, banners, social media campaigns, advertising campaigns, brand systems, edited short and long-form videos, illustrations, and animated visuals / graphics.
• Find and implement novel methods of conveying information that improve precision, streamline template utilization, or enhance readability without sacrificing style.
• Utilize tools for 3D modeling, such as KeyShot, to add and animate goods in both 2D and 3D settings.
• Recognize the project’s guiding concepts and requirements; actively participate; and, if necessary, ask clarifying questions.
• Create the final designs using your own discretion and feedback from others.
• Use various techniques to create initial design, concepts drafts, models and prototypes.
• Collaboration with the sales and production teams is required to generate print files for daily orders of bespoke graphics; maintain a high rate of production while maintaining accuracy, quality standards, and meeting/exceeding production deadlines.
• Collaborate with Marketing staff to create high-quality marketing collateral that reflects the KwikBoost brand. This includes things like sell sheets, flyers, advertisements and banner ads, packaging, product instruction sheets, presentations, email and social media campaigns, website product pages, landing pages, and trade show materials.
• Oversee the entire marketing communication process, from brainstorming to final delivery.
• Provide project status updates and make sure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Skills:

• Adobe Premiere/Affect Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Creative Cloud expertise is necessary.
• powerful multitasking skills, including the ability to handle numerous projects at once and complete them all in time to meet deadlines.
• Ability to contribute to a cohesive team in a professional setting.
• To collaborate successfully with people and teams of staff who have varying levels of technical ability, you need high-level interpersonal and professional communication abilities.
• Expertise in photography and filmmaking is a plus in addition to a keen eye for design.
