We’re looking for a Treasurer to manage the company’s global banking, investment, and borrowing programs, as well as risk management. The ideal candidate will work as part of a larger Finance team to manage the company’s cash flow to ensure that there are sufficient money to operate daily operations, satisfy financial commitments, and support business development. This person will also be in charge of the company’s risk, credit, collection, and insurance processes on a global scale.

Qualifications:

• Establishes and maintains solid, long-term banking partnerships while assuring efficient and cost-effective financial operations.
• Existing electronic banking domain accounts that are still active should be closed. Add new users and roles to the newly created domain.
• To increase performance, creativity, problem solving, and outcomes, you must be able to engage effectively and constructively with all levels of employees, management, and other agencies.
• Regression analysis and correlation/causality calculations are among your statistical capabilities.
• Make short- and long-term cash management strategies, as well as monthly and yearly cash flow estimates.
• More large-scale initiatives will be started and guided as needed in the areas of service quality, productivity, process simplification, digitalization, and harmonization.
• To accomplish the organization’s financial and treasury objectives, evaluates, recommends, and executes financing sources, investment choices, and financial instruments.
• To pool worldwide funds in a legal and tax-efficient manner, create a cross-currency notional pooling system. With same-day access to global money, automatic sweeps from local accounts will be available.
• Select a cash management bank as needed by certain businesses. Accounts, as well as an electronic banking platform, can be established. Users can be established and allocated responsibilities and levels of power.
• Define and construct cost, quality, and speed indicators for the processes with the help of key stakeholders.

Skills:

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized.
• A bachelor’s degree in math, economics, accounting, or another quantitative subject is required.
• Make sure your financial software and functionality are up to date.
• Superior knowledge of treasury, both locally and worldwide, is necessary for a candidate to increase his or her chances of being recruited.
• Ability to prioritize projects and work with a varied team of managers.
