We need a Treasurer to oversee our banking, investing, borrowing, and risk management activities around the world. To ensure that the firm has the cash it needs to carry out its day-to-day activities, pay its bills, and invest in future growth, the ideal candidate will work as part of the wider Finance team to manage the company’s cash flow. This individual will also oversee insurance, credit, collections, and risk management on a worldwide scale.

Qualifications:

• To achieve the organization’s financial and treasury goals, evaluate, offer advice on, and put into practice funding sources, investment opportunities, and financial instruments.
• While ensuring successful and cost-efficient banking operations, develops and maintains long-lasting partnerships with banking partners.
• As required by specific enterprises, choose a cash management bank. It is possible to create accounts and an electronic banking platform. Responsibilities and levels of power can be assigned to and defined for users.
• Work with the relevant parties to define and generate process-related cost, quality, and speed indicators.
• The skill to successfully and constructively communicate with all levels of employees, management, and other agencies is crucial to improve performance, innovation, problem solving, and outcomes.
• Current active accounts from parent electronic banking sites should be removed. Add new users and roles to the newly created domain.
• Create a cross-currency notional pooling system that enables the legal and tax-efficient pooling of global monies. Automated sweeps from local accounts will be possible with same-day access to international money.
• Develop monthly and annual cash flow projections in addition to short-term financial management methods.
• As required, new and important projects will be launched and led by key personnel to improve service quality, productivity, process simplicity, digitization, and harmonization.
• Expertise in calculating correlations and causal relationships, as well as regression analysis.

Skills:

• Precise, independent, and well ordered.
• Having a firm grasp on how to navigate monetary software programs is crucial.
• A BA or higher in mathematics, economics, accounting, or a closely related quantitative field is necessary.
• Knowledge of the treasury that is exceptional both nationally and internationally
• Capability to set priorities and work effectively with a multi-cultural management group.
