The primary responsibilities of the Production Artist, who will report to the Design Director, will be to design league licensing boards for all of our licenses and to design all visuals for the catalog and BTB sales tools. To ensure that any conversions and adjustments made by the team reflect the designers’ original vision and specifications, this role will work closely with the Apparel/Authentic Design group.

Qualifications:

• Checks technical packets for mistakes and, if any are found, finds solutions to them.
• Get the artwork in its different versions ready for production, and fix any artwork problems that crop up.
• Troubleshoot printing and design problems in tandem with the printer and design team.
• Ensure that brand aspects are applied consistently across various goods and supply chains.
• Keep track of file revisions in an organized system and inform teams of any changes made to production.
• Coordinate with graphic, fine, and industrial design departments to ensure that printed materials retain their original aesthetic.
• Collaborates closely with the Design Team to find the best possible layouts and recipes for each concept idea, as well as to collect all the resources that will be required to bring that idea to life.
• Able to prioritize and respond quickly across a wide range of tasks and timeframes.
• In a position to receive instructions and create creative campaigns, as well as build derivative components and resizes based on a preexisting visual language.
• Those tasked with this role are accountable for drafting all submittal paperwork, obtaining all relevant approvals, and making any necessary changes.

Skills:

• Experience in graphic design, apparel design, and/or apparel product development is required.
• It should be simple to use tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and FlightCheck.
• Proven competence with MAC and all applicable software, including Illustrator and the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite, is required.
• Possessing excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills and the ability to work well with people of varying backgrounds and experience levels.
• When you work with a printer, you can confidently oversee the process and put pressure on them to meet your deadlines without losing quality.
