Qualifications:

• Check cashing, verifying currency, balancing the cash drawer, making night deposits, and maintaining customers’ accounts are all part of a typical day at the bank.
• Uphold well-established norms of customer care while offering an unforgettable encounter for customers by anticipating their requirements and meeting them in a timely fashion.
• Take charge of escalated account services problems and see them through to resolution; document all complaints thoroughly and accurately in the appropriate system.
• Keep an adequate amount of cash in the cash drawer at all times, proof frequently, balance cash on hand, and double-check that all transactions and negotiable items add up to the correct amounts in the system.
• Establish new business referrals by engagement with customers and the use of a customer relationship management system; improve the company’s reputation by offering customer-driven service that goes above and beyond expectations.
• Teller cash dispensers (TCDs) and recyclers (TCRs) and automated teller machines (ATMs) are balanced as needed.
• Responsible for keeping all aspects of the Bank in compliance with internal control regulations, such as responding quickly to audit findings and regulatory concerns.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the Company’s offerings and applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Know Your Customer standards. Adhere strictly to all operational risk controls and compliance policies established by the Company and applicable regulations, and notify management of any control weaknesses, compliance violations, or operational loss experiences.
• On a local level, to implement the Group compliance policy by reducing compliance risk in collaboration with the Head of Group Compliance, Global Business Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer, or Local Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources and training, fostering a compliance culture, and optimizing relationships with regulators.

Skills:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of leadership and a strong motivation to grow professionally.
• You need at least a year of experience working in customer service or sales, preferably in a role that involved managing money.
• Employment ability to work in the United States is necessary for these occupations because the company will not sponsor visas.
• Possessing outstanding social, organizational, and communication skills is essential.
• Ability to conduct transactions quickly and accurately; strong attention to detail and cash handling skills.
