We are searching for a highly skilled Technical Writer. As a Technical Writer, you’ll be responsible for creating, editing, and organizing complex technical content in order to deliver it to a variety of target audiences, both internal and external. Technical and procedural documentation will be the primary focus of your work in this role. There are several duties that fall within the purview of a technical writer. These include the drafting of conceptual summaries as well as processes; updating knowledge center articles and FAQs; and authoring technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Architect, develop, publish, and manage technical product documentation for internal and external audiences, including user manuals, references, integrated UI content, and release notes.
• Create and update product manuals and other customer communications using technical documents, industry standards, cross-functional input, and direct interaction with devices and software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee that each monthly release’s documentation and other deliverables are delivered on schedule. Comprehend the complexity of our product/technology in order to describe properly how it works and why it is important.
• Assures enough staff; identifies and develops development strategies for top and bottom performers/underperformers; actively engages and motivates individuals.
• Documentation on product features, such as user manuals, operations guides, flow diagrams, video scripts, strategy and policy papers, and standard operating procedures, must be produced and kept up to date.
• Responsible for making sure the department has the right number of employees, figuring out who the top performers and underperformers are and making plans for their development, and actively engaging and motivating employees.
• Technical Publications’ change control board, document approval and information gathering committee meetings are all attended by the person.
• Make ensuring that the message, layout, and presentation of the brand are consistent across all publications and technical communications.
• Develops structure, resources, and procedures with senior leadership to manage present operations and long-term development.
• It informs all essential project stakeholders, including the project teams, the management team and technical authors, and the team’s technical coordinator.

Skills:

• Without supervision, the ability to make the right writing decisions being able to work both on one’s alone and with others High-level communication abilities are required at all levels of a company.
• Technical communication encompasses a wide range of disciplines, including but not limited to user experience design, quality assurance, copyediting, proofreading, editing, and proofreading, as well as technical writing and instructional design.
• Adobe Framemaker experience is a must if you haven’t previously completed a bachelor’s degree in English or a closely related area.
• a track record of obtaining and evaluating feedback on documents (i.e. usage analytics, real-time critical feedback, gathering business feedback, et al)
• Develop and manage information structures for technical documentation, including Knowledge Management and CMS systems. Code, scripts, diagrams, and documentation review experience
