You must have prior experience running a store (or a group of stores) and taking responsibility for achieving goals if you want to succeed in this position. Setting lucrative objectives and managing a sales staff remotely should be possible. Our preferred candidates have a strategic approach in addition to outstanding communication abilities. Qualifications:

• Work cross-functionally to maximize brand availability and visibility within important accounts.
• You must hire, manage, and develop clinical professionals in order to meet consumer needs and grow the organization.
• Ensure that the procedures and processes of the quality management system are used and maintained.
• Together with cross-functional partners, develop and improve data reporting, incentive compensation programs, brand awareness, and customer interaction.
• To build important clients and key accounts in a particular region, identify and apply resources.
• Develop a culture based on accountability, teamwork, and a commitment to achieving goals.
• Proactively meet the demands of your delivery partners by establishing fantastic working connections with everyone.
• Identify present skills and flexibility to enable business expansion, as well as historical relationships for success.
• Work together with marketing to ensure the successful introduction and/or ongoing promotion of authorized products.
• Collaborate with management to create initiatives that will bring in more clients.

Skills:

• Knowledge of database applications, automatic scanners, and Microsoft Office.
• Being available to work a flexible schedule as necessary, which may involve weekend travel as well as planned and unplanned travel.
• 8+ minimum years’ experience in the field, including at least 3 in team leadership.
• A history of success in a senior sales role, such as regional manager, area manager, or comparable.
• The ability to deal with a complex environment ahead of fresh chances and disasters.
