The Quality Assurance Manager will be in charge of administering the many facets of the Quality Assurance (QA) program for the company’s project, including Quality Control and Inspection, Non-Conformance Tracking and Assessment, Risk Analysis and Assessment, and Problem/Failure Reporting.

Qualifications:

• the facilitation of problem-solving sessions with an emphasis on quality improvement; frequent tracking of file submissions; efficient communication of case review results/findings.
• To ensure that departmental goals are being fulfilled and that quality standards are being upheld, complicated data are examined, evaluated, then analyzed once again.
• handles time well, meets performance targets, and adheres to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• accountable for ensuring that all client records are correct and full so that they can be used to determine eligibility as well as for accounting and reporting in line with the Client Services Department’s rules and procedures.
• Creates and performs complex test execution. Builds and manages automation framework and performance tests.
• gains and maintains a thorough understanding of departmental, state, and federal compliance standards, policies, and procedures.
• organizes information for presentations and reports in a way that makes sense, per management’s direction.
• maintains track of problems found during testing and alerts management to them.
• has an appreciation for the breadth of the test cases that will be applied to automated scripts and has worked out those details with the team.
• Attend weekly or monthly meetings when the correctness of client files is discussed with your supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
