To join our Branch, we are now looking for a Full-Time Financial Consultant. Through the use of a consultative approach to assess, inform, and meet members’ financial requirements, you will serve as a trusted financial resource for both current and potential members. You will demonstrate flexibility and thorough knowledge of all teller and platform operations’ procedures. You will look for chances to direct members toward investment, loan, mortgage, and business services as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Never slack off on client care throughout the initial stages of the origination process.
  • Provides excellent customer service to retirement plan members while also fulfilling their demands for transactions and services.

  • In order to help consumers protect and develop their wealth, advisors offer guidance on a variety of investment options, including pension plans, tax-deferred annuities, and more.
  • Process member transactions, solve issues, open and close accounts, process loan requests, and cross-sell all available goods and services.
  • stays current on processing methods, company policies, and investor/underwriter requirements.
  • builds and maintains a solid relationship with the sponsors of institutional plans.
  • responsible for providing exceptional service to members, including educating, informing, and providing solutions to meet all of their financial needs.
  • Ensure quality and regulatory compliance across all of your origination channels.
  • Financial advice is based on the needs and goals of the client and is informed by tax and investment strategy knowledge.

Skills:

  • At least six months of teller experience, three to five years of direct member contact experience in the provision of financial goods and services, and expertise with platform operations are preferred.
  • Proven track record of multitasking, confidentiality management, problem-solving, and customer service excellence.
  • Precision in computation, detail in procedure, promptness in processing, and fairness in weighing of negotiating instruments.
  • The department requires expert knowledge of all internal systems utilized by the organization, including Microsoft Office.
  • ability to clearly and effectively communicate with teams and other members using the appropriate means.
