The quest for a document processor has begun in earnest. The Document Processor’s primary responsibility is to provide document processing services to the company’s internal and external clients in a manner that consistently meets the company’s high standards for customer service.

  • All printing and proofreading must be done with expert precision if accuracy targets are to be met. Performs quality assurance checks and additional proofreading on tasks as directed by a supervisor working with documents.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity while adhering to rigorous criteria.
  • Assist in the flow of information and documentation so that internal stakeholders are apprised.
  • Record keeping (both paper and digital), data entry (into databases and systems), and report writing (as needed).
  • Prepare and revise in-depth writings using information from rough drafts, electronic files, and other sources. Upload files, manage folders, and scan documents with high-tech applications.
  • Scrubbing documents and digitizing paper files.
  • Keep to the prescribed methods of accomplishing the goals at hand. Make sure you fill out all the forms, enter all the data into the system, and file everything away appropriately.
  • Work on a group that must maintain high quality standards across the board in terms of service delivery.
  • performs document cleansing tasks and file conversion utilizing specialized conversion packages or common applications.
  • Perform analysis and interpretation of insurance documents while updating data on a specific computer system.


  • Must possess knowledge and skill in graphic design and layout and some knowledge of printing and production methods.
  • Ability to accurately type at a rate of at least 65 words per minute while maintaining high standards of accuracy, grammar, and spelling in every work produced.
  • A complete understanding of desktop publishing or design programs like PowerPoint, Publisher, and Visio is required.
  • Must have at least three years of experience with word processing; two years of experience in a law office or other legal setting is ideal.
  • Required skills include the capacity to think creatively and offer alternative approaches to problems or refine existing ones.
