We have an opening for an Analyst in our team. The Analyst’s primary function is to aid the management of a business unit or department by providing data and analysis ranging in complexity from elementary to complex.

Qualifications:

  • On some projects, you might act as a bridge between the business, the development team, and the IT department.
  • Business needs that have an impact on strategic initiatives and/or business unit goals are reviewed, written, and specified.
  • examines multiple data sources, using uniform methods for data interpretation, and analyzing performance assessment outcomes.
  • Assists in ensuring that essential strategic decisions are vetted and properly thought out prior to execution in collaboration with business partners and users.
  • The business analytics, departmental or operational procedures, reporting, financial analysis, communicating, and/or strategic planning activities that you create may be of great use to your company.
  • Assists in the development and documentation of business requirements and/or business solutions to solve problems and issues related to business operations.
  • help establish if training is needed. Determine what kind of training is required, and work with trainers and educators to develop relevant content.
  • makes it essential that the time required to accomplish a project’s dependencies be clearly specified, recorded, and communicated.
  • You need to gather performance data, examine it, and then report on it so that you can prioritize departmental enhancements and implement them. Construct new measures, assess existing ones, and provide insightful reports.
  • Assists in the design and implementation of Business Line Unit/Operations Projects and Strategic Initiatives.

Skills:

  • Expertise in business and management concepts such as goal-setting, resource allocation, and output strategies.
  • A bachelor’s degree is necessary, preferably in business administration, economics, finance, or accounting.
  • Communication abilities both orally and in writing; attention to detail; customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Superior familiarity with stocking, shipping, and accounting practices.
  • Experience with Enterprise Applications is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
