We’re seeking for a tax accountant who will be in charge of preparing federal and state tax returns. This role prepares federal and state income tax returns as an individual contributor.

Qualifications:

• Capacity to mentor younger workers.
• Must be well-organized and capable of handling many duties at the same time.
• To take part, you must be at least 18 years old.
• It is necessary to have completed high school.
• Client deadlines and deliverables should be managed and monitored.
• Prior experience preparing business tax return workpapers and forms is required.
• Should be able to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
• It is required to have some prior familiarity with computerized accounting and tax applications.
• In an office environment, you must be able to move swiftly from one location to the next.
• A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a tax or accounting position is necessary.

Skills:

• It’s crucial to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal communication skills.
• Act with integrity and preserve confidentiality while dealing with sensitive information.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are necessary.
• The applicant should be competent and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel abilities are required.
