Your Senior Financial Analyst works closely with a variety of influential corporate and financial figures around the world. Country leaders, product teams, technology teams, and FP&A are additional stakeholders in the role. This position collaborates with software engineers, operations managers, and product managers. In order to continuously improve the economics of the company, this function plans, develops, and maintains performance measurements and reports on key input drivers. In order to consistently reduce costs for clients and quicken delivery, the successful candidate will create, implement, and maintain performance metrics, offer ad hoc analysis and reporting, and handle unique projects. The chosen candidate will assist in the prioritizing and implementation of crucial operations & technology programs, which will ultimately speed up the company’s profitable growth, in collaboration with the technology teams, product management teams, and retail/operations partners.

• As a company, we must constantly look for ways to improve our processes and modeling so that we can provide timely and relevant insights throughout our margin landscape.
• Practice intuitive active listening skills to ensure information is conveyed clearly, concisely, and without ambiguity in all mediums. Modify your tone and delivery such that even the most intricate financial difficulties come across plainly. The company’s fate hinges on the accuracy of your communications.
• Involve yourself actively in reviewing financial data from various departments across the organization in search of trends, threats, and opportunities. Coordinate with upper management to come up with swift, efficient measures.
• To aid in making business-wide decisions, it is necessary to do ad hoc financial research, such as scenario planning and investment analysis.

Skills:

• familiarity with additional financial systems and enterprise-scale data mining and reporting technologies (such SQL, MS Access, Essbase, and Cognos), as well as these technologies’ use cases (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Exhibited proficiency in speaking in front of large audiences and making presentations to upper-level management.
• MBA and CMA or CPA in accounting preferred.
• Educated to at least the level of a Bachelor’s and preferably a Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a Related Analytical Field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science).
• Have at least five years of relevant work experience in finance, or hold a Master’s and three years of relevant work experience.
