We are hiring a Security Guard that can watch and analyze security issues in a calm and professional way. A successful applicant will love dealing with the general people and is devoted to the safety and welfare of others. Primary job tasks include servicing clients as necessary, delivering a safe and pleasant experience for all customers, the inspection of physical security of the office and reacting to and reporting of emergency circumstances.

Qualifications:

• Aside from parking tickets, the security director must be told in writing about any other offenses involving a police officer, such as an arrest while the officer was not on duty or a moving traffic violation.
• The patrol of the specified property, including the fence and parking lot, serves to dissuade potential criminal activity.
• The detection and reporting of anomalies, such as but not limited to out-of-policy occurrences (e.g. physical security breaches, facility and safety problems, or emergency conditions), helps prevent loss and harm.
• Keeps an eye on the parking lot for loitering or other misbehavior, watches the lobby and sweeps the whole building, and reports suspicious activities.
• Coordinates emergency response by keeping an eye on the phones, the central radio, the CCTV, the fire alarm, and the security equipment in the area. ;. During an emergency, apply the Crisis Management Plan by assigning guards or contacting necessary personnel to get medical, maintenance, and other assistance.
• Ensure that all employees and customers are treated with dignity and respect in a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
• Walking or driving around the designated area to check the buildings and grounds while wearing the necessary equipment and safety gear.
• Responsible for maintaining the flow of traffic in the event of emergencies like fire drills, as well as keeping correct log books as necessary
• A 15-minute break from your duties for personal reasons or to eat at lunch hour is permitted.
• The capacity to deal with uncertainty, use outstanding judgment, be unbiased, dependable, and professional is necessary while dealing with obstacles.

Skills:

• You must communicate with drivers, customers, and business associates. You must communicate successfully at all levels, within and beyond the organization, to develop good professional connections.
• Applicants for this post must have an experience in physical security, military service, law enforcement, or a comparable profession.
• Willingness to submit to and pass pre-employment screening procedures, which may include a background check and a drug test.
• This task demands clear seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing, with or without accommodation. Occasional hand-and-arm reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for lengthy durations, including stairs, inclines, and uneven terrain. Frequent lifting of 10 pounds and occasional lifting of 25 pounds may be necessary.
• Occasionally lifting 40 pounds, as well as the ability to stand, sit, and move for lengthy periods of time without fatigue.
