Qualifications:

• Assist customers with all aspects of their billing cycles, from beginning to end (including refunds). Using financial software, prepare monthly billing packets for the account team’s review. Accounts payable should receive invoices that are in accordance with the client’s rules and contain any necessary supporting documents. Purchase orders and billings must be matched. Keep an eye on your AR and WIP and address any issues as they arise.
• Oversee the weekly audit of time sheets. For the month’s final financials, data input. Requesting and handling customer refunds Check the correctness of the monthly studio billing. Support the SOX reporting process each month.
• Prepares and submits complicated invoices for Cost Reimbursable, T&M, Fixed Price, or Fixed Unit Price government and commercial contracts on a monthly, bimonthly (or regular) basis, noting amounts due for goods bought or services provided.
• Incorporating revenue sharing and rating criteria in line with contractual commitments, managing partner questions and conflicts while providing research and data to back your decisions.
• Examining automation options with the new partner/product stack and integrating payable/receivable systems.

Skills:

• Basic accounting or billing experience of at least three years (advertising industry experience preferred but not required).
