As an Engineering Consultant, you will develop solutions for the enterprise technology platform’s User Services processes and operations. All procedures examined and implemented in the future will be included in this list. You will work with the User Services team to create, engineer, maintain, improve, and automate current technologies and procedures. Execution and maintenance of our environments supporting both internal and external facing application solutions are key to meeting business goals. Support our self-service technology strategy and improve associate and channel partner experiences by leading and performing technological proof-of-concepts.

Qualifications:

• Find new platform features and capabilities that will affect operations, offer value to the company, support our self-service technology strategy, and enhance the experience of our associates.
• Instrumentation design and test execution are required for all environmental tests, including vibration, mechanical shock, temperature, altitude, humidity, and structural testing.
• Make a strategy and resources to encourage the Product Marketing and Product Engineering teams to use Formal.
• Period of previous exposures, assessing significant losses, and devising management plans for clients are all part of property and casualty insurance consulting services.
• Assist customers in maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local standards by doing relevant research, conducting environmental compliance assessments, and implementing remedial measures.
• Inspects others’ work for validity, completeness, and thoroughness, and/or coaches on design and analysis. Interacts with internal and external functional management on project status.
• Industrial firms run cost-cutting and capacity-expansion projects to improve asset dependability.
• Prepare environmental compliance plans, permits, and reports for hazardous waste, storm water, and wastewater programs, as well as spill prevention and control techniques.
• Recommend, execute, and push improvements within region based on industry trends, company requirements, and analysis of present challenges.
• With our expertise, we assist our customers’ asset managers, maintenance professionals, and reliability specialists.

Skills:

• proficiency in recognizing design flaws in third-party goods and packaging, as well as a proven track record of developing new packaging solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively express technical knowledge and concepts at all user, market, and business levels. Complementary presenting abilities for engaging clients, disseminating information, and driving results.
• Requirements include a proven ability to comprehend organizational requirements, provide innovative ideas, manage complex difficulties, and inspire appropriate action.
• Three to five years of experience as an Engineer using the ServiceNow platform or an equivalent Service Management platform.
• Promote better structures, meeting cadences, and escalation processes.
