Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Strategist who is creative, forward-thinking, and well-organized. In this role, you will collaborate with the business development team to conceive, plan, write, and implement varied content to market our services, raise brand awareness, encourage thought leadership, and generate leads. You must have great writing and visual presentation skills, as well as the ability to provide consistent, useful content across all marketing channels (organic, social, and paid), including landing pages, blogs, reports, and infographics. To track marketing effectiveness and guide decision-making, you must also have experience creating metrics and setting specific objectives. It is preferable if you have prior experience working with state and/or municipal policy concerns.

  • Conduct content and competitor audits to generate content optimization recommendations such as UX strategy, SEO, content tagging, and classification.
  • research, development, and developing engaging data-based content to engage our target audience in relation to e-commerce, online payments, and fraud
  • Participate in social media activities such as content production and sharing on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify key partner organizations, news sites, and policy groups that align with our goal and brand.
  • Monitor email performance, KPIs, and goals, and work with the audience growth team to provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders (content, sales, and creative studio teams)
  • You should be in charge of the company’s content marketing strategy, which involves the development of themes and topics as well as the generation of content.
  • To fulfil deadlines and ensure that messaging is consistent, succinct, and visually appealing, collaborate with internal and external content producers, as well as subject matter experts.
  • To maintain a solid online presence, create a content calendar for the school’s website and social media profiles, and distribute material via many channels.
  • To increase email performance, use and track email testing strategies like as templates, subject lines, send timings, customized content suggestions, audience segmentation, and so on.
  • Maintain a detailed grasp of the activities of the branch to ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to.


  • Proven ability to handle many accounts while paying close attention to details ability to successfully communicate with clients and offer technical help to resolve client concerns
  • Due to the tight deadlines and volume of work, previous experience/consistent performance in a deadline-driven environment is necessary.
  • The ability to look at performance data and work with other departments to figure out how strategy and content decisions will affect the numbers.
  • Coaching and counselling talents, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
  • You should be familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat), Canva, WordPress CMS, Microsoft Office, Grammarly, Google Workspace, and project management software.
