Qualifications:

• Ability to enhance accounting and finance procedures and structures, as well as establish in the business a Continuous Improvement attitude.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, control escalation, plan for and make trade-offs, and strike a balance between business demands, technology, and procedural restrictions.
• Create a framework for evaluating significant performance indicators as well as critical events and activities (KPIs).
• Assist in the preparation of withholding tax, value-added tax, income tax, and other tax returns, as well as the associated documentation and schedules, in accordance with government regulations.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales outcomes, and the company’s actual performance to compare it to the business plans.
• Maintain open lines of contact with auditors to guarantee proper financial oversight.
• Communicate with various departments, debating business strategy and creating predictions for the future.
• Provide the company with financial advice and proposals.
• Financial reports and data analysis, as well as recommendations for next moves, should be provided to management workers.
• Assist operational divisions with technical accounting concerns, ensuring that any technical issues are handled, fixed, and recorded in a timely manner in line with GAAP and SEC standards and regulations. Members of the global financial team should be educated, mentored, and developed in terms of their understanding and implementation of these issues.

Skills:

• The applicant should have a drive to learn and improve his abilities on a constant basis, as well as a leadership spirit.
• A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or business administration is required, as well as a degree with a significant mathematical component (MBA preferred).
• The ability to lead financial teams and to improve their skills and capabilities.
• Strong PC skills and application expertise are required, including MS Excel, Hyperion, and SAP.
• Knowledge of how to use web-based collaboration tools.
