The Wealth Management Associate has direct contact with clients. The Wealth Management Associate collaborates with team members to address the unique needs and service concerns of high-net-worth clients in order to strengthen existing client relationships. This is done through a combination of marketing strategies, client-management abilities, and market and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Examine the company’s progress both quarterly and annually with the help of the Financial Advisor.
• Help out advisors by setting up and running errands for meetings, marketing, and quarterly reports and other client mailings.
• Coordinates settlement of complicated customer issues/concerns with input from senior team members.
• Contribute to the gathering, monitoring, and reporting of “practice management” data.
• improves the group’s service model and operations without direct supervision.
• Help get all transaction requests from clients finished and sent in on time.
• Builds rapport with potential new customers and aggressively works to address their initial problems.
• Engage with customers and do what you can to help them have a fantastic day.
• Maintain a constant line of communication between advisers and the custodian while handling account opening and maintenance documentation.
• Assist the Financial Advisor in leading client and prospect financial planning presentations by analyzing complex financial data using financial planning tools.

Skills:

• understanding of the policies of the company and any compliance laws.
• A background with Addepar, eMoney, Salesforce, and Excel is highly desirable. Skill with computers and related programs is essential.
• Participant who takes suggestions well and seeks ongoing growth.
• Minimum of five years of relevant work or educational experience after high school graduation is required.
• capabilities in verbal and writing communication, the ability to focus, and an eye for detail.
