Qualifications:

• Attend product line team meetings on a regular basis to stay up to date on the company’s priorities, as well as to build connections with other team members. As needed, gather and present pertinent financial information.
• Financial reporting consolidation and additional schedules, as well as the development of schedules and associated documentation to assist external audit procedures.
• A monthly management reporting package including the income statement and balance sheet for each product line, as well as a discussion of the performance drivers.
• After examining the financial information outlining the company’s income, expenditures, assets, and liabilities, prepare a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to describe the firm’s current and anticipated financial status.
• Account entries in the general ledger should represent the company’s actions, therefore gather and analyze financial data to generate them.
• As needed, additional duties. These duties may involve tasks from different job areas.
• Complying with all accounting processes and reconciling the balance sheet.
• Accounting and accounting control processes must be documented and implemented in a coordinated manner. Train and assist franchise owners and employees on industry software accounting standards and processes.
• Active participation with operational management to comprehend underlying company challenges and guarantee that product line financial reporting adhere to IFRS.
• Facilitate the development of new reporting formats that will allow the operational management teams to quickly identify the elements that impact financial performance.

Skills:

• Preferable if you have expertise with cost accounting in your first one to three years of working in the field.
• Experience dealing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including those with different ages, genders, sexual orientations, national origins, economic levels, abilities, religions, races, and languages.
• It’s vital to be familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge with SAP and Hyperion is a benefit. The capacity to manage a large and diverse range of internal customers under time constraints.
• Having familiarity of Microsoft Navision (NAV), Dynamics NAV General Ledger, and/or Onestream would be a benefit.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is necessary.
