Job Description

Reporting to the SVP Designer Brands, the Digital Director oversees developing the Brands’ digital marketing, social media, consumer interaction, media creation, content planning, and community management strategies and overseeing their implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Manage many digital projects and work streams, including project planning, execution, and reporting on milestones; aid in the administration of the digital program’s projects, which may include organic and paid media.
  • Your job will be to create advertisements for television and the internet that will raise awareness of our company and attract more people to our website.
  • Our strategy for promoting the brand online needs to be consistent with the rest of our branding efforts. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and in-house website advertising are just a few of the many viable options. To get the right amount of customer involvement, we need to use all our digital platforms.
  • If you’re in charge of maintaining connections with media agencies, that’s who you’ll be working with. Construct media briefs to serve as a reference for the agency’s suggested methods and to be used for assessment and ongoing optimization.
  • Required skills include familiarity with code versioning tools, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, ASP.NET Web Forms, and Web Services.
  • Research current problems and developments in your field, focusing on any that have to do with usability or innovative technology.
  • Every day, impress your investors by employing state-of-the-art DevSecOps practices to speed up product development and distribution to end users.
  • Analyzing data from sources like website traffic, PPC efforts, search engine results, and more can help you learn about the success of a campaign and find new opportunities.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams and vendors is required for online and mobile design and development, website maintenance, and analytics.
  • Establish a plan for the development of new administration tools and the enhancement of existing tools for internal and external use.

Skills:

  • Keeping cool and collected under pressure while working in a fast-paced atmosphere where multiple activities must be completed simultaneously.
  • proficient in technical areas and able to explain them to a non-technical audience.
  • To meet the needs of the company, full-time employees must be available to work hours outside of their regular shifts.
  • Experience with a variety of digital media tests, such as randomized control trials, A/B tests, platform brand lift tests, and others is desirable but not needed.
  • Successful applicants will have a minimum of seven years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fields of political campaigning, issue advocacy, or another related field.
