The Retention Specialist supports with new employee training, onboarding, and scaling programs. The Retention Specialist assists the new employee in processing department activities in order to achieve customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and yield goals, as well as to reduce employee absenteeism and turnover – particularly with employees who have been with the company for less than 90 days. Participates in roundtable discussions and actions to increase retention and turnover, as directed by the Complex HR Manager and Employee Relations Manager. Other responsibilities as assigned.

  • College degree in sales, marketing, or business is desired but not essential. Successful sales expertise in the telecoms business and B2B sales/service experience is a must, as is 1-3 years of successful sales experience.
  • CSC and other departments may utilize requested call-back lists to contact those consumers. Educate yourself on areas such as operating systems, service programs, and pest control strategies before beginning a business.
