Qualifications:

• Experiment with various colour combinations and processes to see what you can come up with.
• Be a positive role model for others in the workplace.
• All safety precautions must be backed up and carried out.
• Assist with plant administration.
• Any concerns about safety should be brought to management’s attention.
• In real time, assist operations staff with technical challenges.
• Upgrade current equipment to increase product quality or operational safety.
• Choosing the most effective techniques and approaches from a wide range of options.
• Long-term or recurring issues can be resolved with the assistance of other technical resources or by yourself.
• Regularly review production history to give recommendations for increasing efficiency, enhancing quality, and minimising waste.

Skills:

• It’s a plus if you’ve worked on printed circuit boards before.
• It is necessary to demonstrate that you are familiar with proper scientific technique and experimental design.
• It would be advantageous if you have prior experience with electrochemistry or metal plating.
• It is required that you have a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science engineering, or biochemical engineering.
• Knowledge of handling and dilution of strong acids, bases, oxidizers, reducers, and other concentrated or hazardous chemicals.
