Job Description

The Document Controller’s primary function will be to manage users’ requests for access to various IT systems, such as automation and laboratory equipment. The ideal candidate would have strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

  • Rapidly and efficiently coordinate data collection and collaboration efforts involving several offices.
  • Oversee and support subcontractor management and accruals, material control, cost collection, monitoring, technical performance, preparation of integrated reporting, and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Help out with Project Services including Cost and Time Estimating, Work Breakdown Structures, Risk Management, Change Management, and Project Documentation.
  • Implement efficient work-flow process, monitor daily activity, implement modifications.
  • Electronic engineering documentation, including drawings and emails, must be tracked, transmitted, and filed appropriately.
  • Knowing what needs to be done will help you have an impact on the story. the initiatives and vision of the Project.
  • The outputs of engineering project proposals, marketing materials, and other relevant materials are enhanced by the use of technical editing, sophisticated word processing, and adherence to quality assurance standards.
  • Budget and schedule management entails keeping tabs on how things are going, analyzing any changes that may have occurred, and figuring out what to do about them.
  • endorses the provision of document management to facilitate the easy storage, management, and distribution of all supplied records and documents.
  • Help the project manager and team with project management, including but not limited to planning, tracking, analysis, forecasting, and reporting, for projects of various contract types, sizes, complexity, and risks.

Skills:

  • Expertise in using Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and the PDF editor.
  • Capable of learning quickly and applying new skills effectively.
  • Quick action on a wide range of administrative concerns and inquiries shows initiative.
  • Livelink or other electronic document management system experience is a plus.
  • Certificate, certification, or degree in business, finance, or a related technical subject.
