The Marketing Analyst is in charge of implementing direct response marketing strategies across various media platforms. This position will collaborate with members of the marketing team to undertake ongoing testing and analysis in order to boost lead volume, improve conversion rate, reactivate existing customers, and acquire incremental new customers while offering the best possible customer experience.   • A working familiarity of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, is necessary.
  • Advanced marketing analysis and data visualization are based on market research from databases like Innova, Datassentials, Technomic, Nielsen, Mintel, Euromonitor, and Datamonitor (a plus)
  • Creates, provides, and maintains user-friendly dashboards that democratize digital data for marketers and other business teams.
  • On a daily basis, monitor and maintain assigned media, which could include SEO, SEM, direct mail, television, SMS, email, and more.
  • To assist the organization in achieving its objectives via close collaboration with business teams, he or she develops concepts to increase consumer awareness and engagement, as well as to increase customer satisfaction and achieve other corporate objectives.
  • Use primary and secondary research to help Category Marketers create a clear, successful selling story in a visually appealing digital format.
  • Marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) systems need technical maintenance, which is your responsibility. These tools are used to create, distribute, and track leads.
  • The roadmap for testing and optimization is fueled by the ability to create and analyze hypotheses aimed at improving the digital experience and site performance.
  • Create clear and actionable business insights for media, communication, and creative teams, as well as department leadership. These findings will inform marketing strategy, finances, creative execution, and media planning.
  • New product introductions are analyzed, evaluated, and reported on, as well as successful, unusual, and unsuccessful products are identified. Analyze data, statistics, and consumer trends on a local level, then assemble into a presentation format for marketing or sales to use directly.


  • Technically knowledgeable, a good communicator, and a desire to enhance operations and boost revenue by connecting with customers online.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, math, or statistics (B.A./B.S.) is required.
  • The person inputting the information needs to be able to communicate effectively with others.
  • +2 years of data-driven content and inquiry/conversion marketing experience
  • Paid search (Google Advertising, Bing), PLA (Google Shopping), retargeting, social advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms), and Amazon Advertising or other self-serve retail marketplace ad platforms.
