Qualifications:

• Responsible for overseeing and monitoring policies and processes aimed at preserving the integrity and security of the company’s database, For optimal database setup, performance and cost, optimizes database access and re-allocates/re-allocates resources.
• Provides assistance to businesses in the development of large, distributed databases using Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL). His expertise includes executive architecture, data architecture, and app architecture.
• Help with data conversion and upgrades. Liaise with project managers, business analysts, and developers to clarify requirements and advance project tasks.
• Analyzes and defines database standards. Provides system analysis and design.
• Handles database performance problems, capacity concerns, replication issues, and other distributed data obstacles.
• Uses physical database architecture, performance and tuning, backup and recovery processes to address database performance, capacity, replication, and other distributed data concerns.
• Administrative and technical oversight of a database Maintains, develops, and executes policies and processes to ensure the security, availability, and integrity of the corporate databases and big data warehouse database settings.
• Analyzes and defines the features that a database management system (DBMS) needs to have in order to meet the company’s current and future needs. Analyzes the company’s organizational structure and sets up the logical database structure for application development now and in the future.
• Microsoft SQL Server may be used to set up database administration tasks including user management and storage management. Create and maintain system configuration requirements, training manuals, and other internal system documentation.
• Manages huge tables, keeps schemas up to date, and creates queries and tools to aid users. Upgrades and fixes are installed for existing databases. Performs system analysis and identifies technical problem solutions

Skills:

• Capability to implement a data dictionary and database system effectively. Working with credit union software is required, as is a successful track record in the development of such applications.
• All elements of data management, including file design, retrieval, and creating and documenting standards.
• Capacity to collaborate in a team setting with a high emphasis on customer service and solution ownership. Capability to achieve deadlines and effectively handle various, shifting priorities
• In order to be considered for this position, you must have a bachelor’s degree in a computer-related profession and at least two to five years of experience designing and operating Microsoft SQL Database Solutions.
• Having worked with similar systems and contracts for at least 10 years is a must. Extensive knowledge of Java, C++, C/C++/Perl, JavaScript, Unix, XML, and HTML.
