While working with the PM team, the Traffic Coordinator will ensure that the distribution of campaign broadcast and digital assets between partners and vendors is organized and coordinated. In order to meet the timetables of promotional material, use media encoders and transfer mechanisms, both internal and external, to distribute assets globally. Ensure that all assets are provided accurately and on deadline.

Qualifications:

• Choosing and managing freight providers for inbound and outbound freight, including LTL and truckload shipments, utilizing the most effective routing is essential to ensuring that the proper level of customer care is received at the most inexpensive costs.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the transmission or traffic of broadcast or digital materials.
• In numerous internal and external systems, assets are identified and sorted.
• To assess and finish tasks, use an automated, online workflow system.
• Follow-ups on carrier activities not accomplished at appointed time to obtain updates/current status, monitoring and follow up on adherence to pick up appointments.
• Keeping an eye on commercial inventory levels and alerting price and inventory management to any changes.
• Participate in meetings as needed and assist the team when other team members are absent. Other duties will be assigned as they come up.
• Take care of any difficulties relating to transportation while consulting with other departments as needed.
• Communicates potential delays to appropriate Customer Logistics Analyst and revised delivery appointments.
• Assists sales with special project logistics, such as delivery pricing and outside warehousing. Identify, cooperate on, and implement continuous improvement projects to improve customer service levels.

Skills:

• Must be able to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure from deadlines and time constraints.
• Problem-solving abilities and methodical approach to overcoming obstacles.
• Knowledge of and comfort with creating business cases, communications within the organization, and presentations.
• Prior retail, agency, or marketing experience is a bonus; however, 2-4 years of experience in a capacity involving “traffic/coordination” is preferable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, including sales, production, shipping, warehousing, and customer service.
