We need a proactive Real Estate Agent to generate leads and finalize transactions. You’ll add potential consumers to the sales funnel, analyze their requirements, and follow up to assure a sale. Job applicants should be growth-minded.

Qualifications:

  • Turn potential customers into qualified leads by keeping in touch with them often, making it easier to talk to them, and adding them to your sales funnel.
  • Fostering connections that connect with our customers in order to boost sales is a priority. Consult with the prospective buyer and seller of the house to learn their requirements and preferences for a dwelling, and then search for a property that best satisfies those requirements.
  • After a severe storm or heavy winds, it’s important to make sure that all of the empty properties are standing. Do a thorough inspection of all parking spaces at least once a month.
  • Work with potential customers to build a sales pipeline by following up with them using various contact channels, such as email, phone, or other, Prospective purchasers should be sought out and presented with information on properties that match their specifications, both in terms of location and price range.
  • Homebuyers will have a smoother transaction and a more satisfying overall sales experience if representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, titles, and leases are compiled and organized in advance.
  • Make sure that everyone involved in the mortgage loan process has the right information and help at the right time.
  • Set objectives and tasks for the day with the Listing Coordinator by attending open houses to meet potential buyers and expose them to their local real estate market.
  • Ensure that the home-buying process for purchasers’ clients runs as smoothly as possible, including advising buyers in choosing mortgage options that are suitable for their financial condition.
  • Thorough weekly reviews on all unoccupied listings to provide the best possible presentation for showings. Clean up or notify the Listing Coordinator of any concerns that may need extra attention.
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing paperwork, titles, and leases to facilitate a smooth transaction. Facilitator between buyer and seller in order to ensure a good closure

Skills:

  • Communicate with consumers through the telephone, email, and social media Inform clients about current real estate market trends. Respect the buyer’s and seller’s motivations.
  • Capable of doing certain physical work such as climbing ladders and stairs, crossing embankments for sign installation, some moderate to heavy lifting, and sometimes constructing furniture and signs.
  • Must be in good standing with the local Realtor board, or an inactive agent who can transfer his/her license right away.
  • Ability to connect with a diversity of personalities Enthusiastic with excellent people skills Independent and self-motivated, Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Valid Real Estate License Successful real estate sales, Familiarity with local market circumstances and trends
