The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing a wide range of audits, inspections, tests, and other measures to ensure that all work performed under this contract, including but not limited to service calls, alterations, routine maintenance, and the repair and upkeep of electrical, electronic, and HVAC systems, adheres to all applicable procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• By deciphering the plans, you can ascertain the client’s most pressing needs and the best way to evaluate them.
• manages manufacturing and monitors the gathering of test samples to ensure quality.
• Perform the quality inspection process on new part samples and record the results.
• Measure and inspect random samples of finished items to ensure they meet the required quality standards set forth by the company.
• Complete records are required to support testing methods, such as data collection forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory records.
• Verify that all processes meet the required requirements of the client and the defined quality standards.
• Analyze test results in light of established criteria and advise whether or not the information should be made public.
• Perform a thorough inspection of all returned items to identify the specific problem and make notes of your findings.
• conducts continual laboratory and field sampling. examining the results of mechanical, dimensional, and visual tests on products and procedures.
• Raw materials, finished goods, environmental samples, in-process materials, and stability samples should all be tested on a regular and ad hoc basis.

Skills:

• The preferred field of study for the undergraduate degree is engineering, business, operations, or quality.
• Required to have at least three years of experience in a managerial role, preferably as a Quality Manager or Engineering Manager.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with technical, quality assurance and other personnel.
• Excellent focus, initiative, and the ability to quickly adjust course in reaction to changing conditions.
