A Quality Control Manager’s duties include managing workers, establishing and upholding quality control procedures, analyzing test results, and providing direction to the production crew based on those findings. Material, product, and/or process conformance to standards must be ensured and checked for. Make sure everyone is following the plan and using high-quality manufacturing methods and standards.

Qualifications:

• Analyze in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples, both regularly and ad hoc.
• Evaluate test outcomes in light of predetermined criteria and give suggestions on whether or not the information is ready for public consumption based on your findings.
• Inspect all product returns, analyze the defect, and document the findings.
• Random batches of finished products should have their dimensions and surface quality checked to make sure they adhere to all company quality standards.
• Make sure everything you do is in line with the quality standards you’ve set and the needs of your clients.
• performs regular tests in both the field and the lab. measuring, mechanically, and visually examining things and processes
• In charge of monitoring quality control sample gathering and analysis.
• Data collection forms, logbooks for equipment use, and inventory records are just a few examples of the kinds of documents that must be kept in full to back up testing procedures.
• Determine the critical needs of the customer and how those needs should be measured by interpreting the blueprints.
• Samples of new components should be put through the quality inspection procedure and the results should be documented.

Skills:

• Experience in a supervisory role of at least three years is required for the Quality Manager and Engineering Manager positions.
• Possessing a sharp eye for detail, initiative, and the ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances.
• Work in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking skills.
• Effectively communicate with the technical, quality assurance, and other staff members.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or Quality strongly preferred.
