Job Description

For this reason, we are actively seeking a Quality Assurance Expert. Change control administration, records management, document control, and even local and corporate change control may all fall under your purview as a manager. To ensure proper Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) control of validated systems, it is the Quality Assurance Specialist’s responsibility, as a member of the Quality unit, to verify that any modifications to processes, products, or systems have been reviewed and approved.

  • Display your mastery and comprehension of all the company’s offerings.
  • Control the flow of information through having productive dialogues and making concessions to reach an agreement.
  • To sustain service and customer satisfaction goals, conduct Quality Assurance audits in compliance with Department policy.
  • Determine whether or not an employee’s current status should be changed based on their performance and/or conduct, as determined by training or established call handling policy/processes, and then notify management.
  • Share your insights about repeated process discrepancies or technical shortcomings to help with ongoing improvement.
  • Report any findings from your Quality Audit in your QA tool.
  • Must be adept at analyzing complex problems, identifying their root causes, and proposing and enforcing solutions to stop them from happening again.
  • manages the neighborhood’s records management, documentation, and/or change control systems.
  • Determine which broken procedures are harming the customer experience, and take the right action to escalate.
  • Think beyond the box when solving challenges to come up with fresh, original ideas.


  • knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and the other MS suite systems.
  • Possessing a degree, qualification, or training specifically related to the provision of high-quality services (or equivalent work experience).
  • the ability to multitask effectively and maintain quality of work under intense time constraints; relevance to modern workplace.
  • Leadership abilities required to act as a catalyst for change in cross-functional areas.
  • Five years’ experience or more in customer service, preferably in a corporate setting.
