Job Description

This position’s major responsibility will be to serve in an integral capacity within the Client Services team. This person will serve in a diverse role, interacting with both direct service workers and department management as part of case management. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for carrying out quality assurance activities in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the department. This includes conducting audits of client files to ensure their accuracy and compliance, as well as offering any necessary technical support. To aid the client services team in its quest to inform, educate, and empower people and families in their pursuit of economic autonomy, the Quality Assurance Manager acts as an impartial third party with a keen eye for detail.
