This position’s major responsibility will be to serve in an integral capacity within the Client Services team. This person will serve in a diverse role, interacting with both direct service workers and department management as part of case management. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for carrying out quality assurance activities in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the department. This includes conducting audits of client files to ensure their accuracy and compliance, as well as offering any necessary technical support. To aid the client services team in its quest to inform, educate, and empower people and families in their pursuit of economic autonomy, the Quality Assurance Manager acts as an impartial third party with a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications:

• takes part in team meetings to decide on the variety of test cases to be utilized in automated scripts.
• Verifies accuracy of client files to determine eligibility, and accuracy of accounting and reporting according to the Client Services Department Policy and Procedures.
• Prepares information for presentation (both verbally and in writing) to management.

• Participate in regular meetings to discuss the correctness of client files with management, other staff members, and other stakeholders.
• develops and runs complex experiments. develops, oversees, and manages the infrastructure for automating performance testing.
• facilitates talks aimed at fixing issues and enhancing quality. Offers regular updates on the status of uploaded files. Successfully communicates the conclusions of the case analysis.
• gains and maintains a thorough understanding of departmental, state, and federal compliance standards, policies, and procedures.
• Effectively manages caseload and meets established performance targets, while adhering to federal, state, and department procedures with timely follow-up.
• In order to make sure the department complies with legal requirements and satisfies specified quality standards, it verifies, analyzes, and analyzes complicated information.
