The position of Project Analyst is open now. This role will carry out, assess, and give assistance for the Project Management department and the projects it oversees. Be the link between the project’s technical, functional, and non-functional teams and the Project team so that everything gets done on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Maintain close communication with vendors to make sure that support and work are delivered on time, accurately, and in accordance with the project’s scope.
• Determine the real demand and develop outcomes that address it by skillfully navigating through ambiguous needs.
• Utilize raw data to generate outcomes that are simple to comprehend, and conduct the required research to get results that are readable.
• Assess the level of difficulty of the requests in order to determine the importance of the various parts.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to exchange accurate, pertinent, and useful information using acceptable ways; bargain with project stakeholders to obtain resources or materials.
• The project’s moving parts need to be in sync so that objectives and products can be completed on schedule. It’s important to instill a sense of urgency when it’s called for to avoid unnecessary setbacks and expenses.
• Work closely with various credit union departments to identify the needs of the given business applications, suggest fixes, and create new procedures in order to increase operational effectiveness.
• To aid in determining what has to be done and when, creating a schedule for getting it done, and facilitating meetings amongst all parties involved in credit union initiatives.
• Collaborate with the project manager to identify and implement activities that advance the company’s strategic and/or operational objectives. There are many different types of projects, including those that are more regulated in nature or that involve new systems, processes, goods, or services.
• Establish the necessary internal ties within the credit union to ensure that the proper people are involved in completing the project and/or communicating about it.

Skills:

• Successful goal management, employee motivation, and task allocation in a time-pressured workplace requires highly developed analytical and organizational skills.
• Expertise in negotiation, consensus building, and persuasion, as well as facilitation and the capacity to quickly respond to change, are essential.
• Demonstrated capacity to operate in high-stress environments and handle projects with short timelines.
• At least three to five years’ worth of project analyst experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
• ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization, both alone and as part of an agile team.
