A corporation is in urgent need of an Inventory Manager. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and most significantly, experienced warehousing, inventory control, and warehouse logistics specialist to oversee the effective receiving, storage, fulfillment, and distribution of our vast range of products. As we seek to bring our warehouse up to modern standards, including bar coding and best fulfillment methods, our ideal applicant must be computer proficient.

Qualifications:

  • Risk assessments, alternative plans and mitigation efforts should be provided to management.
  • Create cross-functional KPIs, put them into action, keep an eye on them, and report on them to ensure successful execution, integration, and performance in relation to inventory targets. Develop and put into practice strategies to improve metrics.
  • Own the business requirements, development, deployment, and continuing improvement of Demand/Supply/Inventory planning and supporting tools for numerous supply chains within the Infrastructure team.
  • Implementation strategies for long-term supply chain strategy and management.
  • In charge of conveying business issues and opportunities to the next level of managers.
  • The capacity to hold ourselves and others accountable for things like projection accuracy, quarterly financial variance, and inventory utilization and delivery performance is a valuable tool for product development.
  • Take responsibility for and promote operational adherence to the inventory policies set up within each business group.
  • While acknowledging the challenges and differences among business divisions, collaborate across functional boundaries to standardize inventory processes. Work together with supply and demand management as well as other partners.
  • Participate in the formulation of Supply and Demand Planning strategies, capabilities, and processes with the objective of enhancing operational performance and achieving high service levels.
  • Develop and put into practice business analysis and monthly and quarterly reporting.

Skills:

  • Confidence and competence in creating presentations, organization communications, and business cases.
  • Using warehouse management software and databases in a hands-on manner.
  • Warehouse management techniques and best practices expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, including three or more years in an inventory-related capacity in a retail setting.
  • A thorough understanding of data analysis, inventory management tools, and forecasting procedures.
