Continuous lead generation activities are carried out in collaboration with full stack developers and IT departments. Improvements to the current CRM software and ownership of new initiatives as instructed by the IT department are all part of the responsibilities of the CRM Analyst position.

Qualifications:

• Learn the business case and anticipated capabilities, as well as the cloud, hardware, and software architecture. Complete work on time and at a high level to meet goals and milestones.
• In order to write applications/programs, it is necessary to analyze business needs and produce precise technical specifications.
• In order to meet the agreed-upon project milestones, you will need to effectively manage your workload and prioritize your tasks. Organize and carry out training sessions for both the users and the operational personnel. Offer assistance to the Operations team once the implementation project has been completed and during the transition period.
• Lead the team’s efforts to improve processes. Work closely with the Operations and Software Deployment teams to make sure that the transition and implementations go well.
• Beautiful solutions may help you solve complex user experience and product challenges quickly and efficiently. It’s possible to guarantee a smooth transition from design to development by using elegant solutions.
• Working with third-party software platform providers or business partners outside of your organization to develop solutions that meet standards pertaining to data integrity, usability, server capacity, performance, and usability is recommended.
• Work with PM and design teams to establish feature specs and build next-generation products using React & React Native. Build and grow back-end services using operations and infrastructure.
• Engages in coding to assist the team create the solution and solve any challenges. Identifies and eliminates technical barriers, designs product’s technological architecture.
• Develop solid working connections with coworkers from other departments. Develop new online assets with Stakeholders (designers, managers, etc.).
• Works with the Product Owner to align the roadmap with the technological stack’s strengths and possibilities. Constantly looks for ways to enhance the way technical challenges are solved and solutions are designed, and isn’t hesitant to share them passionately.

Skills:

• Organizational skills and a good experience in communication are required for this position. This project necessitates proficiency with the following technologies: React, JavaScript, CSS, Node.js, RESTFUL APIs, GitHub, and HTML.
• This role requires knowledge of many backend programming languages and frameworks, such as C#, Java, and Python. Knowledge of databases, web servers (such as those from Apache or Nginx), and UI/UX design are all prerequisites.
• Applicants must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related discipline, or have graduated from a respected software development bootcamp and have four years of professional experience.
• Having specialized knowledge in Agile Development as a Solution Architect (XP, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery). someone who is able to think outside the box to solve problems”
• Understanding of automated, repeatable processes for building, testing, documenting, and deploying the application at scale, It’s very important to be aware of security issues, since each layer has its own possible flaws.
