Job Description

It is the responsibility of the Digital Strategist to assist the Marketing Director in increasing brand recognition, cultivating a sense of community, and raising money for the organization. This individual has a good background in writing and a keen interest in digital marketing and campaigning. Their major role is to evaluate and fulfill requests to use brand campaign films and support proactive distribution outreach activities and events, both of which will be carried out by them. Digital Strategists assist the Director in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve the highest possible level of success.

  • Constant campaign monitoring is required to ensure that the strategic direction is being followed in accordance with data synthesis.
  • Suggestions for product upgrades and user input should be sent to Strategic Services and the Product team in order to help define and influence the product plan.
  • Develop comprehensive digital plans in close collaboration with other digital strategists, managers, and members of our advertising and creative teams in order to optimize our clients’ online fundraising and engagement.
  • Assist the Marketing Director with written and social videos. In partnership with the Marketing Manager, you’ll create social media video goods.
  • Create content calendars and goals, write appealing emails, manage client approvals, test and produce, and improve based on customer feedback and performance; serve as the email lead for one or two clients; help out with extra accounts as needed
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest technological developments and tools available, so that we can provide our customers with cutting-edge suggestions that are based on industry standards. Carry out extra obligations in accordance with the requests
  • Under the direction of the Marketing Director and VP of Marketing, plan and execute 2-4 marketing initiatives or projects (of various sizes) per quarter. Work with channel managers and team leaders to coordinate project deliverables.
  • Work with the Director and Partner Marketing and Development teams to generate campaign funding. Donor reports and updates.
  • Serve as a bridge between B+C and agencies, and collaborate with the marketing team on contracts, legal coordination, creative briefs, production logistics, and talent management, in collaboration with the Director.
  • Lead as well as carry out quantitative and qualitative research in order to develop value models and revenue-driving insights that have a positive influence on a client’s company and help it to advance.


  • Expertise in synthesizing and converting highly technical knowledge and/or data into coherent and succinct ideas and plans To build unity to teams, clearly articulate issues and answers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing, business, or similar profession desirable; 7+ years developing and implementing agency strategies.
  • Expertise in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, and other digital platforms for analytics, influencer management, etc. like Google Analytics or Brandwatch.
  • Expertise in a variety of consumer research methods, getting insights, making creative briefs and campaigns, content strategy, touch point/journey mapping, data-driven campaign execution, and optimizing creative based on campaign results.
  • Build customer journeys and use them to find significant chances to interact with customers and enhance their experience.
