The ideal applicant will have expertise with cloud automation and systems engineering, be a critical thinker, and be a scripter with good coding abilities that can be leveraged to automate repetitive operations. Qualifications:

• In both private and public cloud environments, they are in charge of automating the infrastructure build. They are also in charge of doing technology assessments to help with automation and moving to the cloud.
• Understand the code, its dependencies, and the infrastructure it functions on by establishing tight ties with development teams. Create and maintain systems for monitoring the app and its infrastructure.
• Help the development team with their capacity planning and deployment strategy across the development, QA, staging, and production environments.
• Keep AWS-hosted infrastructure secure and operational at all times by proactively maintaining it and updating it.
• Responsible for automating operational processes, developing and driving improvements, maintaining and keeping an eye on production and non-production systems, and making sure platforms work as efficiently and safely as possible.
• Collaborate with the development team to take part in the installation and management of technologies that automate software development life cycle (SDLC) processes, such as configuration management and release management. Participate in the installation.
• With the use of automated best practices and a proactive attitude, this person is responsible for the creation and delivery of cloud infrastructure environments.
• Cloud-based infrastructure solutions in AWS with strong governance model expertise and experience working in an agile development environment are required.
• Support everyday operations with automation and assist engineers establish a DevOps culture for improved software development and deployment.
• Motivation and excitement for achieving business objectives in an efficient and effective manner Provide top-notch software and services in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

• A comprehension of deployment options that make use of Docker for containerization, Solid knowledge of and experience working inside iterative and incremental development environments.
• It is essential to have complete knowledge of the best practices to be followed while running application servers, database servers and other third-party appliances.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent field with 2 years’ experience necessary. DevOps and Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD pipeline knowledge necessary.
• Knowledge of continuous integration, continuous deployment, application performance monitoring, and alerting systems, Strong skills for solving problems and figuring things out
• Prioritize and multitask in order to fulfill deadlines and the needs of the business. Knowledgeable in the use of several management software applications. ELK, Datadog, Sumologic, and Splunk are just a few of the many tools available.
