We’re looking for an Assistant Controller. To guarantee financial reporting analysis and forecasts support company strategy and choices, the primary role is to provide financial statements, financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts in accordance with corporate policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• To keep an eye on the upkeep and care of the property, assist management in estimating the return on capital upgrades, gather support, and keep track of the bidding process.
• Develop and publish standard financial data sets, including a thorough analysis of yearly operational budgets and performance forecasts, in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Drive financial report timeliness, accuracy, and completeness to meet deadlines.
• Via managers and team members, ensures high performance, goal attainment, and quality of outcomes.
• Monitors how work is assigned, evaluates how well employees do their jobs, makes suggestions for how to handle employees, and tries to get people to work at their best.
• Accomplishment of accounting and bookkeeping tasks in support of the Controller
• Retain the best employees by following the right HR strategies and taking the right steps.
• Manage and discuss concerns relating to cash flow in an efficient manner. The creation of accurate and timely cash flow statements, the management of receivables, payables, cash balances, control mechanisms, and timely deposits of all money are all included in this category.
• Ensures that month and year-end closure is done correctly and on schedule, including checking the monthly financial reports.
• Investigate and evaluate changes from the budget or the previous year, and suggest ways for management to make improvements.

Skills:

• Having four years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in the discipline, or two years of relevant experience and a master’s degree.
• Making sure that the right accounts have been entered.
• In a fast-paced and high volume setting, the ability to operate independently and as part of a team is essential.
• A creative and forward-thinking candidate who can inspire change and transformation will be the perfect candidate.
• A track record of turning operational problems into workable fixes.
