  • Correspondence, reports, manuscripts, grants, and other written materials are formatted, typed, proofread, and edited. Puts together parts and hardware. Checks outgoing mail for accuracy, dates, and signatures before sending. Consists of important letters and papers.
  • Oversees and coordinates administrative, program, and office activities. Establishes, selects, implements, and coordinates office procedures and systems. Serves as principal source of information to students, staff, and faculty on policies, procedures, programs, and office activities.
  • Greeting guests. Manages incoming calls and prioritizes responses. evaluates the type of business it is. Provides information in response to inquiries and assistance. Reads mail and responds as necessary.
  • Makes all the necessary trip plans. Appointments and meetings are planned and managed. Puts in supply orders and keeps track of stock. It will take some time or dictation to complete. Takes up a variety of extra tasks as needed to keep the workplace running smoothly.
  • Makes connections with pre-pharmacy club leaders and guidance counselors to increase interest and applications from potential candidates.
  • Provides information to students (potential, admitted, and existing) who have questions. Updates newly admitted students on major upcoming events and activities (e.g., deadlines for required documentation, information about pre-orientation and general orientation, etc.).
  • oversees, teaches, and organizes the work of the support workers. controls the creation of materials for contracts, budgets, and grants. keeps track of expenses and balances financial accounts.
  • Determines administrative, space, and equipment requirements for conferences, lectures, and seminars. Assembles and organizes essential items. Determines data sources Data compilation, synthesis, and manipulation. Writes findings summaries and reports or sections of reports.
  • provides editorial help to a magazine or newspaper. Be sure to review and update the information to ensure correct grammar and facts. Tracks the evolution of text as it is revised and revised again. interacts with authors, publishers, and readers to discuss books.
  • provides data for recruiting reports and suggestions to improve the recruiting process.


  • Excellent analytical skills, proficiency with complicated databases and spreadsheets, and meticulous attention to detail are required.
  • The ability to collaborate with others and contribute to a diverse workplace through ideas or experience.
  • Superior skills in working with others and satisfying customers. Capability to work well in an administrative support role.
  • Superb presentation of both written and spoken language. Skills range from intermediate to advance in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant work experience are expected.
