Job Description

The purpose of the Administrative Intern position is for the intern to apply knowledge of practices and processes in a fast-paced, real-world environment. The intern will assist in writing reports, conducting research, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency. This work may include, but is not limited to, a gap analysis of current policies and practice with evidence-based practice; collaborating with interprofessional stakeholders to develop and pilot a process to measure compliance with evidence-based prevention bundles; and developing standard work for communicating data and report-outs with stakeholders. The intern will provide strategic support for Solutions for Patient Safety (SPS) integration with current quality efforts in order to prevent hospital-acquired conditions in pediatric patients. The Administrative Intern’s role may include examining current policies to identify opportunities for alignment with evidence-based prevention bundles; identifying opportunities to leverage current workgroups and initiatives; and working with leadership and front-line staff to identify and mobilize a subject matter expert group. The Administrative Intern may also perform data collection on evidence-based practice, including audits in the clinical area.

Qualifications:

  • Accurately reviewing, recording, and billing all shipments is something you should learn to do.
  • Individuals should receive training on how to examine invoices and match shipments with the right contract and pricing in order to produce bills.
  • Deputy General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel will work closely together on specific projects.
  • Is in charge of scanning, copying, and arranging all business bills and related documents.
  • Upholds the goals, standards for quality assurance, and safety procedures that have been developed.
  • Communication: By using the appropriate ways to communicate information in an effective and engaging manner, one can help others comprehend and remember the message.
  • Meet with the client to go over any potential issues or additional information needed for projects or contract negotiations.
  • Help the sales staff engage with clients to give quality service, accurate contracts and billings, up-to-date account information, frictionless transactions, and a fantastic corporate experience.
  • Provides exceptional service to all consumers, develops cooperation, and demonstrates budgetary responsibility via continuous innovation and service excellence.
  • Contract for consulting services, teaming agreement, non-disclosure agreement, subcontract, and staffing agreement negotiations.

Skills:

  • The Microsoft Office suite of programs should be mastered, as well as knowledge of databases and reporting tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Possess the ability to create a clear vision for the company and its technical employees, as well as the disciplined strategic thinking, analytical presentation, and problem-solving skills necessary to win over others on the team.
  • In the absence of an associate degree and at least two years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or its equivalent will suffice.
  • Attention to detail and the capacity to properly complete numerous complex activities at once.
  • Comfortable performance in a work environment with a deadline-driven, hectic pace.
