Qualifications:

• Involved in all aspects of the project from start to finish as a source of information, including organizing the work of tenants, attending meetings, managing disagreements, and offering regular feedback.
• Analyzing leasing agreements and regulations in connection to the carrier’s responsibilities, ensuring that the carrier complies with requirements while controlling project costs
• The carrier’s interests are represented through the review of change proposals, proposal requests, information requests, supplementary instructions and other contract material.
