Qualifications:

• Identifying the scope of a software project, assigning resources, defining timelines, engaging with stakeholders, and specifying the types of testing and maintenance that will be necessary.
• A functional and technical subject matter expert (internal or external) advises on choices, risks, costs vs benefits, and influence on other business processes and system priorities.
• Keeps track of project plans (such as an overall plan, milestones, and work breakdown structures) and assigns tasks to resources to make sure the project is finished on time and to specifications.
• It’s important for customers to understand the value they may get from client tools and consultations like enablement, communications management, change management and technical guidance.
• Make that new workflows, scripts, or solutions are tested before they are implemented. Ensure effective completion of more sophisticated account settings by providing project management as needed.
• Each implementation project must be performed in a planned and controlled manner that notifies the client of the estimated completion dates for each step of the implementation.
• Weekly status updates on the project’s successes, plans for the next week, and concerns that need management and stakeholder attention are presented to project stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
• Client User Testing is a primary duty of this role, and it entails organizing and directing testing, documenting and monitoring test results, and ensuring that problems are fixed in a timely way.
• Developing a solution that works effectively for each customer, offers value, and boosts development potential is a critical aspect of implementing Company Solutions.
• Supervise deployment in the first 60–90 days of a customer’s lifecycle to meet implementation key performance indicators. If a customer isn’t using the product much, contact them and give them tips on how to use it more. You should also look for areas of opportunity.

Skills:

• It’s preferable to have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, but it’s not required.
• Configuration testing, coordination and supervision of the user testing, documenting and monitoring of test results, and ensuring that issues are rectified quickly.
• Accepts great responsibility for the success of the project and demonstrates an excellent capacity to help others in the fulfillment of tasks via knowledge sharing. Requires little supervision from a manager with a more senior level of responsibility.
• Develops alternative technical or business solutions with internal and external subject matter experts; advises on possibilities, risks, costs vs benefits, and influence on other business processes and system priorities.
• Implementing, onboarding, project management, customer success, building relationships, and managing change must be done for at least five years.
