Job Description

This position oversees software development efforts. Software Project Managers are in charge of making sure projects are completed on time, on budget, and according to scope. Supervise the whole process. Decide on a start and end date for the project, allocate duties, and keep tabs on its progress. Prepare status reports for senior management on the project’s status. The selected applicant will work directly with customers to ensure that the deliverables are within the appropriate scope and budget. Coordination with other departments and the hiring of additional staff to meet customer demands will be a priority for this person.

Qualifications:

  • Throughout the project’s lifespan, everything from scope management to requirements management to task breakdown and timetable management to priority and dependency management and job assignment is carefully examined, documented, and executed.
  • Analysis of risks, trigger events; preparation of reaction; establishment of contingency plans; anticipation of dependencies impacted by current project modifications; and recommendation of techniques for minimizing future risks are some of the tasks of a risk manager.
  • Evolves, analyzes, and manages all aspects of the project plan, including responsibilities for scheduling, global resource forecasts, project financial management, and giving input and justification for costs and budget effect.
  • Resource demands, a clear understanding of business objectives and functional knowledge input are all part of the job description of a project manager.
  • Change, procedure, and best practices are promoted to business and technical team members via project management training.
  • When it comes to projecting efforts, lean manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution process improvement approaches should be implemented when the situation calls for them.
  • Work with cross-functional team members to implement authorized initiatives. Create a clear plan of action and monitor progress against the project’s overarching goals and objectives.
  • Accountable for making sure business plans are put into practice in order to meet customer needs and to develop the skills of project managers at lower levels.
  • Provides subject matter expertise and knowledge management to the project team and stakeholders, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction via high-quality, on-time product delivery.
  • Track the progress of all project deliverables, such as design papers, test plans, training materials, and operations documents, to make sure they are of high quality.

Skills:

  • Process flow of work, Excel, Power Point, and excellent communication skills are essential to review project progress and resolve key issues/milestones with the project team members, as well as to communicate with project team members.
  • Six years of experience assisting with and/or leading projects requiring the application of project life cycle methodology (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, process management, organizational change).
  • capacity to convert its demands into comprehensive technical, functional, and operational assessments
  • Detailed knowledge of the project development life cycle, as well as the ability to prioritize and arrange several complex projects.
