The Software Project Manager is in charge of project management. Coordination and completion of projects on schedule, within budget, and within scope are among the tasks of the Software Project Manager. Supervise all facets of projects. Establish timelines, delegate duties, and track and report the progress of the project. Prepare status reports for higher management on the progress of the project. The selected applicant will collaborate directly with customers to ensure deliverables adhere to the scope and budget established. He or she will collaborate with other departments to ensure that all components of each project are compatible, and will acquire additional expertise as necessary to meet client demands.

Qualifications:

• Employees from all levels of a company, in addition to technical team members, must be taught and trained in the project management discipline, which is a significant task.
• Check all project deliverables, such as concept and test documents and test plans; training materials; operational documentation.
• In order to limit project risks, a risk manager analyzes risks and trigger events, produces risk response plans, builds contingency plans, and predicts dependencies impacted by current project modifications.
• makes a significant contribution to the project’s success by providing the team and stakeholders with subject matter expertise and knowledge management, and by delivering high-quality goods on time.
• Work with cross-functional team members to implement authorized initiatives. Create a clear plan of action and monitor progress against the project’s overarching goals and objectives.
• Lean manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution process improvement approaches should be utilized to project activities where they are applicable.
• Deliverables are worked on by a team in a complex and wide-ranging project management team that has a clear image of the business project goals and objectives and functional knowledge input for deliverables
• Responsible for managing assigned work streams and constituents in order to achieve customer and company requirements by converting business plans into tactical action items and providing training and development opportunities for lower level project managers.
• Planning, documentation, and execution of the project lifecycle including scope and requirements, work breakdown schedule and timetable management, priority management, and the assignment of roles and duties.
• be well-versed in all aspects of the project’s budget and financial management so that you can keep an eye on everything from project planning and resource forecasts to financial reporting.

Skills:

• Extensive experience over the last six years applying project life cycle methodologies in a variety of settings (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, process management, organizational change).
• The capacity to combine business needs into in-depth evaluations of technological, functional, and operational aspects
• Lead the development of a strong team to support and maintain profitable growth as well as opportunities for our team’s personal and professional growth.
• summarize project status and highlight significant issues/milestones, process work flows, Excel, Power Point, and outstanding communication skills are required.
• It is necessary to have a complete comprehension of the project development life cycle, as well as the ability to manage and prioritize a number of challenging projects.
