An ambitious Social Media Director is needed to join our team. A high emphasis on paid social and performance marketing requires that Media Directors have extensive experience in the planning, buying, execution, and assessment of media channels that are relevant to drive the client’s business KPIs.

  • Contribute to the team’s success by checking that the highest industry standards are being followed and being implemented in a timely manner to every client work.
  • Engage in dialogue with senior client executives to coordinate essential agency resources to fulfill client demands and expand client business.
  • Manage the whole digital acquisition/performance campaign lifecycle, including strategy development, channel rollout, ongoing optimization, and reporting.
  • Construct and carry out customer-focused campaigns and activities that result in lasting, mutually beneficial business partnerships. Manage the creation of online advertising initiatives (with a major focus on paid social).
  • oversee agency-client connections, user management of linked services, and digital media operations.
  • Consistently pursue growth and improvement using performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, consumer segmentation, collaborative creativity, and optimized landing pages.
  • Campaigns should be actively tested and tracked for traffic, delivery, and activity in order to glean insights from analytics and enhancement suggestions.
  • Supervise Budgeting, Projection, and Reporting: Manage the annual budgeting process in addition to monthly/weekly/daily forecasting and reporting at the channel level for traffic, revenue, expenses, return on investment, and other performance KPIs.
  • To ensure the success of client campaigns, come up with new ideas and approaches.
  • Maintain a constant cadence of analysis and optimization of channel performance to guarantee that performance reaches or exceeds targets; report findings to the larger acquisition team and marketing leadership.


  • Proven track record of selling new products or services to existing customers.
  • required to have worked in the media for at least five years, preferably for an organization.
  • Able to conduct quarterly company evaluations and lead client presentations both in person and over the phone.
  • Proven skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly pick up and use other productivity applications.
  • experience developing and executing multi-tactic, integrated campaigns with a sponsored social focus.
